Hey there! I'm Serena Kim, a Product Designer and Creative Director from Toronto, Canada.

With +10 years of experience in the design world, I'm all about crafting delightful digital products that make users smile and say, "Wow!" 

Right now, I'm a Lead UX Designer at Flashfood, where I get to work on awesome B2B and B2C marketplaces that help reduce food waste (cool, right?). In my design journey, I've owned Studio I.N.G. and worked at some fantastic companies like Nanoleaf, Qriket, Miad, and SNPLAN. 

I totally adore unravelling complex puzzles and whipping up easy-to-use products that bring a smile to both businesses and their users, making everyone's lives a little brighter and more enjoyable!
